Complete Process of the CET is given below | ಸಿಇಟಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಚಿತ್ರಣ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ

1) Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) Conducts CET Examinations on 29.04.2019 and 30.04.2019 for all candidates. [Kannada Language Test on 01.05.2019 for candidates only those who have claiming under Eligibility Clauses C and D will be conducted in Bangalore Centre only]
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ಕೆಇಎ)ವು ದಿನಾಂಕ 29.04.2019 ಮತ್ತು 30.04.2019 ರಂದು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಿಇಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. [ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಖಂಡಿಕೆ ಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋರಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 01.05.2019 ರಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ.]

2) Govt. decides the date to announce the CET Results and will publish the CET Rank in online, based on the marks secured in PUC Examinations + CET Performance.
ಸಿಇಟಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಆನ್‍ಲೈನ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಿಇಟಿ ರ‍್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಂಕಗಳು + ಸಿಇಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಂಕಗಳ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

3) Student have to arrange all the relevant documents ready for the document verification
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೂರಕ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು

4) List of Documents to be arranged by student / ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳು:
The common documents are as follows. These documents checklist is prepared by CRUST, Puttur keeping on the students those who have claimed Eligibility Clause A . Other students is requested to consult CRUST Educational Consultants Office, Puttur
ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿವೆ. ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳ ಚೆಕ್‍ಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಖಂಡಿಕೆ ಎ ಯನ್ನು ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆಇಎ ಕಚೇರಿಯನ್ನು 080-23460460 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಕ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಬಹುದು.

i) CET Application Copy duly Signed and Sealed (1 Copy Signed & Sealed by Your Present College Principal + additional 2-3 copies signed and Sealed by any Gazetted Officer other than your present college)
ಸಿಇಟಿ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಹಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊಹರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ (1 ಪ್ರತಿ ಈಗ ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೊಹರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ + ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ 2 ರಿಂದ 3 ಪ್ರತಿಗಳು ನೀವು ಈಗ ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇತರೇ ಯಾವುದೇ ಗಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೊಹರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು)

ii) CET Application Fee Payment Receipt (KEA copy if paid offline)
ಸಿಇಟಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ರಶೀದಿ (ಆಫ್‍ಲೈನ್ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಇಎ ಪ್ರತಿ)

iii) SSLC Mark Card in Original
ಒರಿಜಿನಲ್ ಹತ್ತನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ

iv) PUC Mark Card (In case Original Mark Card is not issued, Internet Copy Should be Signed & Sealed by your Present College Principal)
ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ (ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಒರಿಜಿನಲ್ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್‍ನಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಈಗಿನ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಿಂದ ದೃಢೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು)

v) Caste Certificate (For SC/ST/Cat-1 candidates only)
ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (SC/ST/Cat-1 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ)

vi) Income & Caste Certificate (For 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B Candidates only)
ಆದಾಯ & ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (2A, 2B, 3A & 3B ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ)

vii) Income Certificate issued by Tahasildar (For SC/ST/Cat-1 Candidates, For GM Candidates only if Annual income is less than Rs.8 lakh)
ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (SC/ST/Cat-1 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ; ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ರೂ.8 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ)

viii) Study Certificate of the Student (for the period of years studied in Karnataka as you have mentioned in your CET application)
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (ಸಿಇಟಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವಿರೋ ಅಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ)

ix) Kannada Medium Certificate (Only if studied in Kannada Medium from 1st Standard to 10th Standard)
ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (1ರಿಂದ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿವರೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ)

x) Rural Quota Certificate (Only if studied in Rural Area Schools from 1st Standard to 10th Standard) [Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by Tahasildar is essential only for GM candidates]
ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (1ರಿಂದ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿವರೆಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ)

xi) 4-5 Passport Size Photographs of the Student
4 ರಿಂದ 5 ಪಾಸ್‍ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಳತೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ

xii) Any other certificates (such as Disability, Scouts & Guides, Sports, Defense, etc)
ಇತರೇ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳು (ವಿಕಲಚೇತನ, ಸ್ಕೌಟ್ಸ್ & ಗೈಡ್ಸ್, ಕ್ರೀಡೆ, ಡಿಫೆನ್ಫ್, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ)

xiii) CET Examination Admit Card/Hall Ticket in Original
ಸಿಇಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಒರಿಜಿನಲ್ ಪ್ರವೇಶಪತ್ರ/ಹಾಲ್ ಟಿಕೆಟ್

xiv) CET Result Copy /Mark List (Internet Copy)
ಸಿಇಟಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ (ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಪ್ರತಿ)

xv) 2-3 SETS of Photocopies (Xerox) of All the Above Documents duly signed & sealed by the Gazetted Officer
ಮೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳ 2 ರಿಂದ 3 ಸೆಟ್ ನಕಲು ಪ್ರತಿಗಳಿಗೆ (ಜೆರಾಕ್ಸ್) ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಸಹಿ & ಮೊಹರು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು

ಸೂ: ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರದ ನಮೂನೆಗೆಳು ಕ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತವೆ.

5) KEA provides the detailed calendar for Document Verification based on the Rank in the CET. Students have to attend the document verification at any nearest KEA helpline centre along with all the relevant documents. [Except Special Cases- For details consult CRUST Office, Puttur]
ಸಿಇಟಿಯ ರ‍್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಕೆಇಎ ವಿವರವಾದ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಕೆಇಎ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಸಹಾಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. [ವಿಶೇಷ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ – ವಿವರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಕ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ]

6) If document verification completed successfully, KEA issues Verification Slip to the student having a Secret Key code. This Secret Key is very important for the next process of choosing the course/colleges. Do not share this with friends/unwanted persons.
ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಕೆಇಎಯು ಸೀಕ್ರೆಟ್ ಕೀ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ವೆರಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್ ಸ್ಲಿಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಸೀಕ್ರೆಟ್ ಕೀಯು ಕೋರ್ಸು/ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಮಿತ್ರರೊಂದಿಗೆ / ಅನಗತ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು.

ಸೂ: ಆಪ್ಷನ್ ಎಂಟ್ರಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಸಹಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಲಹೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬಹುದು.

7) Option Entry Process: Only after Document Verification: 1) Mock Round 2) First Real Round 3) Second Real Round 4) Second Extended Real Round 5) If Seats remained further rounds (Mop up rounds) as determined by KEA
ಆಪ್ಷನ್ ಎಂಟ್ರಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ: 1) ಅಣಕು ಹಂತ 2) ಪ್ರಥಮ ಹಂತ (ನೈಜ) 3) ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಹಂತ (ನೈಜ) 4) ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ವಿಸ್ತೃತ ಹಂತ (ನೈಜ) 5) ಸೀಟುಗಳು ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕೆಇಎ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಹಂತಗಳು (ಮಾಪ್ ಅಪ್ ಹಂತ)

6) Mock Round: Student can check a trial Option Entry on this stage. But allotted college/course is not confirmed
ಅಣಕು ಅಂತ: ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಈ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಕಾಲೇಜು/ಕೋರ್ಸು ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು; ಆದರೆ ಇದು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಲಾರದು

8) Real Rounds: These are the serious and very careful rounds (So CRUST Educational Consultants doesn’t share views on social media. Requested to consult in person)
